If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us new, unused and with all Annie's Ibiza and garment tags still attached within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Please note we cannot accept returns should the security ribbon be removed from the item.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you.
Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form. Please email info@anniesibiza.com to request a returns form.
Shipping and return postage is down to you, with customers outside the UK responsible for all duties and taxes. Please apply the return label enclosed and send returning items in a safe and securely packaged box or bag via courier, with the completed return form and original sales receipt. Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel. You are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
Due to Brexit customers outside of the UK who wish to return/exchange please email info@anniesibiza.com so shipment can be arranged by Annie’s Ibiza. Shipment costs will then be deducted/invoiced upon refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Pricing is calculated for International Shipments at Checkout.
We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 1-3 days from the order date; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur.
PRE - ORDERS
Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.
Usually we wait for a complete order prior to shipping, so if your order contains a pre-ordered item we will wait till this item is back in stock before shipping your order. If you wish to split the shipment to receive items sooner, then please email us at
