Our iconic Midnight dress in ivory features embroidered dancing fairies under the twinkling moonlight. The dress is cut in the signature fit-and-flare silhouette and made from ivory mesh enriched in white, silver and gold beads, this mini is further embellished with flower like petals along the neckline.

We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 1-2 days from the order date; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
US CUSTOMERS
Orders placed after Nov 2025 the Duties & Customs are included in the price and there will be no increase on your orders or any further charges from US customs at this time. Due to recent changes for US customs, once your order reaches the USA you may be contacted by your local DHL team to securely provide your SSN as required by US Law. Duties and customs will not be refunded with returns.
Any orders placed before Nov 2025 do not include customs and duties charges and the customer will be held liable for any extra charges that may occur.
REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges for the rest of the world currently, the customer will be held liable for any extra charges that may occur.
PRE - ORDERS
We hope you love your Annie’s Ibiza purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please find our exchanges and returns information below.
Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid before shipping)
- Sale items, personalised or bespoke pieces, undergarments, swimwear, vintage items and Annie’s Archive pieces are not eligible for return/ exchange.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In original condition with all Annie’s Ibiza and garment tags attached
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Please note:
Swimwear, hair accessories, jewellery, vintage items, Annie’s Archive and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
All bespoke items are made to order based on your individual specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Security & Condition Policy
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The security ribbon has been removed
- The item has been worn, altered by a third party, or
-
If an item has been worn, altered by a third party or featured in any public setting, including but not limited to social media posts, it will be considered accepted in its final condition and ineligible for return or refund.
In these cases, the item will be considered accepted in its final condition and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging (or similarly robust packaging).
- A completed Returns Form must be included — please email info@anniesibiza.com to request one.
Shipping & Responsibility
- UK Customers are eligible for free returns, please contact info@anniesibiza.com
- International Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and customs fees for international orders
- Returns must be securely packaged with the return label and completed returns form
- The sender is responsible for the parcel until it has been received and signed for
- We recommend using a secure, trackable courier and obtaining proof of postage, which should be kept safe until your refund has been processed
Due to Brexit, non-UK customers can email Annie’s Ibiza to assist with arranging returns. Shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately. Please contact info@anniesibiza.com for further information.
