When will I receive my order?
Unless stated otherwise, shipments will be sent 1-3 days UK, 2-4 days US & EU, 5-7 days Global shipments. Express shipment available on all purchases for extra cost.

What are the international taxes, duties etc. that I have to pay?
Orders outside the US and EU may require additional taxes. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
Can I exchange my order?
You may return items purchased online to our store in Ibiza within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit**. If you wish to exchange in branch, you must present your dispatch note or a print-out of your invoice.
Please note that all vintage pieces are FINAL SALE.
What’s the return policy?
You can simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form which can be found within the parcel. Shipping and return postage is down to you, with customers outside the EU responsible for all duties and taxes.
