Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once purchased you will receive an email with a tracking number and your shipment information. 

When will I receive my order?

Unless stated otherwise, shipments will be sent 1-3 days UK, 2-4 days US & EU, 5-7 days Global shipments. Express shipment available on all purchases for extra cost. 

What are the shipping options?

What are the international taxes, duties etc. that I have to pay?

Orders outside the UK may require additional taxes. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the warehouse.

You are able to exchange your order in person in our London Carnaby Street Store.
