Bespoke Service Policy

At Annie’s Ibiza, we pride ourselves on offering a truly bespoke service, crafting garments that reflect your unique vision. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined the terms of our bespoke process below.

Initial Consultation

• The first consultation is complimentary, allowing us to discuss your ideas, preferences, and provide a rough quote.

• Following the initial consultation, if you wish to proceed with the bespoke service, a £150 non-refundable deposit will be required.

• This deposit covers the time and expertise involved in designing and presenting custom options. If you decide to continue, the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

Quotes and Payment

• Final quotes are provided after the design options are confirmed and do not include shipping costs.

• All bespoke items require full payment as per the agreed timeline before production begins.

Non-Refundable Policy

• All bespoke items are made-to-order based on your specifications and are therefore non-refundable.

• We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are happy to make adjustments to your garment if needed. However, due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are not possible.
