Bespoke Service Policy
At Annie’s Ibiza, we offer a truly bespoke service, crafting garments that bring your individual vision to life. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the details of our bespoke process below.
Initial Consultation
Your first consultation is complimentary and allows us to discuss your ideas, preferences, and design direction. A preliminary quote will also be provided at this stage.
Should you wish to proceed following the initial consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers the time, expertise, and creative development involved in designing and presenting bespoke options. If you move forward with production, the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
Quotes & Payment
Final pricing is confirmed once design options have been agreed and excludes shipping costs.
Full payment is required in line with the agreed timeline before production begins.
Non-Refundable Policy
All bespoke garments are made-to-order and created to your specific requirements. As such, bespoke items are non-refundable.
We are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Should any adjustments be required, we are happy to discuss refinements to ensure the final piece meets expectations. However, due to the personalised nature of bespoke garments, refunds are not available.

Cancellations & Refunds
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised items made to a customer’s specification.
As all bespoke garments are produced specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where an item is deemed faulty.
