We hope you love your Annie’s Ibiza purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please find our exchanges and returns information below.

Exchanges

If you are not happy with your item, you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
• Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid before shipping)
• Sale items, personalised or bespoke pieces, undergarments, swimwear, vintage items and Annie’s Archive pieces are not eligible for return/ exchange.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be:

• New, unused, and unworn
• In original condition with all Annie’s Ibiza and garment tags attached

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Please note:

Swimwear, hair accessories, jewellery, vintage items, Annie’s Archive and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

All bespoke items are made to order based on your individual specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Security & Condition Policy

We are unable to accept returns if:

• The security ribbon has been removed
• The item has been worn, altered by a third party, or
• If an item has been featured in any public setting, including but not limited to social media posts, it will be considered accepted in its final condition.

In these cases, the item will be considered accepted in its final condition and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging (or similarly robust packaging).
• A completed Returns Form must be included — please email info@anniesibiza.com to request one.

Shipping & Responsibility

• UK Customers are eligible for free returns, please contact info@anniesibiza.com
• International Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and customs fees for international orders
• Returns must be securely packaged with the return label and completed returns form
• The sender is responsible for the parcel until it has been received and signed for
• We recommend using a secure, trackable courier and obtaining proof of postage, which should be kept safe until your refund has been processed

Due to Brexit, non-UK customers can email Annie’s Ibiza to assist with arranging returns. Shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately. Please contact info@anniesibiza.com for further information.

Duties, Taxes & Return Shipping

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If your order was shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, any duties and taxes paid at checkout are not refundable in the event of a return. If your order was shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DAP) basis, any duties and taxes paid at the time of customs clearance are also non-refundable. Customers may wish to contact their local customs office to enquire about reclaiming any applicable taxes.

For UK customers, we offer a complimentary returns service. Please note that while return shipping is covered, original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

For international returns, items must be returned to Annie’s Ibiza in accordance with our returns instructions to ensure the parcel is processed correctly and to avoid additional customs charges. Return shipping fees, where applicable, are not refundable, and any duties or taxes incurred on the original shipment will not be reimbursed.

If an item is deemed faulty or incorrect, Annie’s Ibiza will arrange the return and replacement at no cost to the customer.
