Orders placed after Nov 2025 the Duties & Customs are included in the price and there will be no increase on your orders or any further charges from US customs at this time. Due to recent changes for US customs, once your order reaches the USA you may be contacted by your local DHL team to securely provide your SSN as required by US Law. Duties and customs will not be refunded with returns.
Any orders placed before Nov 2025 do not include customs and duties charges and the customer will be held liable for any extra charges that may occur.
REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges for the rest of the world currently, the customer will be held liable for any extra charges that may occur.
PRE - ORDERS
If you are not happy with your item, you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or greater value (with the price difference paid by the customer before shipping).
- Certain items, such as sale items, personalised or bespoke pieces, undergarments, swimwear or vintage, are non-exchangeable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us new, unused and with all Annie's Ibiza and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receipt*. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination.
Please note we cannot accept returns if the security ribbon has been removed from the item. If an item has been worn, altered by a third party or featured in any public setting, including but not limited to social media posts, it will be considered accepted in its final condition and ineligible for return or refund.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed Returns Form. Please email info@anniesibiza.com to request a returns form.
