Duties & taxes
US customers: duties & taxes included
For orders placed after November 2025, all US duties and customs charges are included in the price you pay. DHL may contact you to verify your Social Security Number, as required by US law. Duties are not refunded on returns.
All other international orders are shipped excluding customs duties and local taxes. These are set by your country’s customs authority and are payable by the recipient on delivery. We’re unable to tell you the exact amount in advance.

Pre-orders & dispatch
How do pre-orders ship?
Lead times are shown on each product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we’ll send everything together once complete. To have in-stock items sent first, email info@anniesibiza.com.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 days of your order date.
Where do orders ship from?
Most orders ship from our London boutique. Pieces held at our New York or Ibiza boutiques may take a little longer while they are transferred.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also see your orders when signed in to your account.
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERY
To make sure your pieces arrive in time for the festive season, please order by the dates below.
- International: order by 11 December
- United Kingdom: order by 22 December, 2pm (UK time)
- UK hand delivery: 23–24 December (additional fee applies)
- New Year's Eve: order by 29 December
Orders placed after these dates will still be dispatched promptly, but we can't guarantee delivery before the holidays.
MADE-TO-ORDER
Our made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted especially for you, so they need additional production time. Please place these orders as early as possible to make sure they arrive in time for Christmas.
